Public Transit
The Access to Jobs Program is a “Transit First” program
to ensure the DTA recipient can afford to get to work after
the program ends. Each month, for up to six months,
an eligible DTA recipient will receive Commuter Checks that
are used to purchase transit passes or tickets to help defray

Car Ownership Program
The Car Ownership Program is provided to current DTA recipients
who are employed and cannot take public transit to work. The
program provides a repaired donated vehicle to the recipient.
The program also helps with the payment of insurance, vehicle

Gas Card Program
The AtJ Program provides a gas card to eligible DTA recipients
who are participating in an ESP approved Education or Training
Program, has access to a vehicle or is able to find a co-worker,
family member or other person who can drive them to the destination.
The gas card enables the recipient to purchase gas based
on the round-trip mileage of the trip including childcare.
The maximum value of the gas card is $80.00 per month. Read
